Email your completed application to registration@ucheacademy.org. 

Make your payment.

Payment in full or a payment plan agreement is required in order to begin classes at SDC Youth.

Payment Plan

For those choosing our payment plan option, please pay administration, insurance, and all supply fees using the link below or by check (made payable to “UCHE Academy”) when registering. Remaining class fees are then divided into three equal payments.

Payment plan schedule is as follows:

Initial Registration Payment – Due at time of registration (administration, insurance, and all supply fees are paid up front)
1st Payment – February 1st
2nd Payment – March 1st
Final Payment – April 1st
